So quoth the vélorutionnaires of Grenoble, home to the cycling advocacy organization Un P'tit Vélo Dans la Tête. Since 1994, Un P'tit Vélo Dans la Tête (A Little Bike In the Head) has been holding it down for the velo set, advancing the goal of a bicycle utopia at the foot of the Alps through both practical and political manoeuvres. And what better way to embolden a city's cyclists than a night of celebration of the erotic nature bicycle-mediated human liberation?
