ahu my gawd how buffalo rocked! An overcapicity show with impromptu naked dancing during the show and subsequent broken doors of a bike porn blowout. What a crowd! People were yelling with so much passion. We like it when you get to experience loud bike sex.


Following another amazing naked dance party our team members were scattered to the wind. Staying in various historic halls, stately town homes, punkrawk slum mansions and one Valentina Rocket Van. This is still Buffalo, so even at the end of April it is pretty damn cold when the wind blows at 5 in the morning.

Urban Velo, bike pimp

Urban Velo's Brad Quartuccio and Jeff Guerrero have been documenting most of the important trends affecting city bikers for years. Their stories, photos and even adds are usually dripping in so much style that it might seem overwhelming to everyday readers.

Although they are based out of Pittsburgh (PGH!) they have been fairly successful in covering lots of culture from cities all over the world.

Just this past week our own call for entries to Bike Porn 3: Cycle Bound graced their fine website.

Here is hoping that there are lots of aspiring filmmakers reading and rubbing.

The responses from cities have been highly varied. A Report from Columbus describes a black fixie with bright pink Drury grips who lamented not having a camera to document all the sexy action that happened after the movies playing. After the screening in Mnpls a fashion show began 4am. In Chicago, a oversexed riot nearly broke out and many audience members felt necessary to relieve themselves.

But every city is different. Just last night we witnessed the quietest screening ever. The tension in PGH was so high that even the comfy chairs of the Shadow Lounge could not overcome the heightened states. "Shocked" is how one person described the audience.

Perhaps bike sexuality will find a home here. Pittsburgh could be the biker's gem. We are excited to do some exploring.

For no particular reason we have had no issues with police to date. Maybe they are more understanding then we realize.

Though much harassment and threatening emails we have a venue to screen The Pornography of the Bicycle in Pittsburgh!
